About Me
My name is Joshua Flinn and was born and raised in Hawai’i. After High School, I attended college in Colorado where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Art History and Psychology. I then returned home to follow my passion for Tattooing. It was a lot more difficult getting an apprenticeship at the time. I was fortunate to land a two-year apprenticeship on Maui at Skin Deep Tattoo. I ended up working a total of five years there and moved back to Oahu to be closer to family.
I worked in Waikiki for over 15 years and now currently work with a wonderful group of artists at The Collective. I have been Tattooing for 25 years and still am extremely passionate about what I do. I have done many different styles over the years. I currently prefer to do Polynesian, Watercolor, Fusion, Tile work, and pretty much what you see in my gallery.
